Tell it what you ate - it writes it down
The same chat where you send photos has a nutritionist in it. It answers questions about food and keeps the diary for you: logging meals from your own words, noting water and weight, remembering your restrictions.
- Log by voice or text - “lunch was buckwheat with a cutlet”
- Water, weight and facts about you - saved in one phrase

What people who've kept a diary for over a month say
It's an estimate - and we show it
We don't claim “99% accuracy”. The model sees a photo, not a scale: some weights are estimated from volume and typical portions.
We show the range
The total always comes with a margin: “320 kcal · ±45”. The harder the portion is to see, the wider the range.
You can correct it
Change any weight with a stepper or clarify it in words. After a correction, the range gets narrower.
We use reference tables
Calorie values come from food composition tables and manufacturer data, not guesswork.
We rely on weekly averages
One day doesn't decide anything. Progress shows 7- and 30-day averages - that's what to judge by.

Common questions about counting macros from a photo
How does MyFoodMate count calories from a photo?
The model recognizes the dish and its components, estimates the weight of each from volume and typical portions, then takes calories and macros from food composition tables. The total is shown with a margin of error, and you can adjust any weight manually.
How accurate is counting macros from a photo?
For packaged products the margin is about ±10 kcal, for simple home dishes about ±45 kcal, for complex ones like plov up to ±90 kcal. If the portion is hard to see, the range is wider and we ask you to confirm the weight. That's accurate enough for tracking weekly averages.
Do I need to sign up to try it?
No. The demo on this page works without sign-up - up to two photos a day. In the Mini App you sign in with Telegram or MAX, no separate password needed.
Does the bot really log meals into the diary itself?
Yes, that is the nutritionist in chat: write or say “lunch was buckwheat with a cutlet” and it works out the ingredients, counts the macros and creates the entry. Water and weight are logged the same way. It acts only on your own words, and any action can be undone with the button under the card.
Do you store my photos?
Photos from the demo on this site are processed and deleted right after the analysis. In the app a photo is stored together with its analysis. If you delete your account, your diary and profile are erased, and the photos are unlinked from the account and kept only anonymized.
What is FoodMate Score?
It's a balance score from 0 to 100 based on six components: protein, fiber, vegetables, processing level, fat quality and added sugar. Score is calculated for a dish and for the whole day. It doesn't ban foods - it shows what your diet is missing.
Does it work with Eastern European and Central Asian dishes?
Yes, that's one of the main differences. Borscht, plov, olivier, syrniki, manti and shawarma are broken down into components - broth and vegetables, meat, sour cream, dressing - rather than treated as one averaged “stew”.
How much is the subscription and can I cancel it?
The diary, water, weight and progress are free with no time limit. Food analysis is part of the 3-day trial and the subscription: 199 ₽ a week, 399 ₽ a month or 2,499 ₽ a year - up to 30 analyses a day. Cancel in one tap in the “Subscription” section; access stays until the end of the paid period.
Is MyFoodMate suitable if I have dietary restrictions?
Yes. During setup you can choose vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, halal, gluten-free or lactose-free - meal suggestions will take this into account. But the service doesn't replace a therapeutic diet prescribed by a doctor.
Your first meal - right now, no sign-up
