Nutritionist in chat

A nutritionist that not only advises, but writes it down for you

Say or type “lunch was buckwheat with a cutlet” and the entry lands in your diary with its ingredients and macros. Ask “what am I missing today” and the answer comes from your diary, not from general advice.

What a conversation looks like

Two messages in chat - two entries in the diary.

  1. You

had a glass of kefir and two syrniki with sour cream, log it

  2. Nutritionist

    Logged it as a snack.

  5. Nutritionist

That’s 1,340 of 1,900 kcal today, with 62 g of protein. Dinner could use something protein-rich - fish or cottage cheese.

What it does for you

These are not tips on how to do something - they are actions: the nutritionist changes your diary and profile based on what you said.

  • Logs meals from words

“Lunch was buckwheat with a cutlet” - it works out the ingredients, counts the macros and files the entry under the right meal. Drinks too: the water in them is counted automatically.

  • Understands voice messages

Say it on the go - no separate transcription needed. Started typing and finished by voice? That is still one message and one entry.

  • Repeats yesterday

“Same as yesterday’s breakfast” - it copies the whole entry without asking about ingredients again.

  • Tracks water and weight

“Had a glass of water”, “71.4 today” - it goes into your water log and your weight chart.

  • Remembers your restrictions

“I’m allergic to nuts”, “I work night shifts” - it saves this to your profile, and meal suggestions start taking it into account.

  • Fixes and undoes

“That was dinner, not lunch”, “delete the buckwheat”, “undo” - it corrects or removes the entry you are talking about.

Why you can trust it with your diary

An assistant that changes your data is exactly as dangerous as the mistakes it is allowed to make. That is why the model itself never writes to the diary.

  • Acts only on your own words. Every action is checked against a literal phrase from your message. Text in a photo, in a forwarded message or in your profile cannot become an entry, whatever it says.

  • Checks the numbers. Weight between 30 and 300 kg, water between 50 and 2,000 ml at a time, backdating no further than a week. Anything outside those bounds is not written down.

  • Asks first where a mistake is costly. Deleting an entry, a weight given by voice, a fact added to your profile without an explicit “remember” - those come as a suggestion with a button, not as a done deal.

  • Everything can be undone. Each entry card carries an “Undo” button for half an hour. Saying “undo” in your next message works too.

  • Health data only with consent. A conversation about food quickly becomes a conversation about test results and diagnoses, so the bot asks for consent to process such data before its first reply. The conversation is kept for 90 days; the “/new” command clears it at once.

What it does not do

It is an AI, not a human specialist, and we do not pretend otherwise: behind the word “nutritionist” is a language model that reads your diary and profile. It does not diagnose, does not prescribe treatment and does not replace a doctor.

Therapeutic diets for medical conditions are not its job: with gastritis, diabetes or during pregnancy the decision belongs to a doctor, and the service can only count what you eat.

It can misjudge a portion, too. Any weight or calorie figure can be corrected by hand - in the app or with your next message in chat.

The service does not provide medical services and does not replace a doctor or dietitian. All calculations are approximate.

What it costs

With a subscription the number of questions is not limited. Without one, after the three trial days you keep three free questions a week - enough to see whether it suits you. The diary, water and weight always work for free.

Plans and what’s included

Questions about the nutritionist

Is this a human nutritionist or a program?

A program: a language model with access to your diary and profile. The service does not provide human consultations or medical care. We call it a nutritionist for what it does, not for a diploma it does not have.

Does it really log meals into the diary itself?

Yes. You write or say what you ate, and it works out the ingredients, counts the macros and creates an entry under the right meal. In the diary it looks like an entry from a photo and is edited with the same controls.

What if it logs the wrong thing?

Every entry card carries an “Undo” button for half an hour, and saying “undo” in your next message works without it. Actions whose mistakes are easy to miss - deleting an entry, weight, a fact for your profile - are offered first and wait for your confirmation.

Can I talk to it by voice?

Yes, it hears voice messages itself - no separate transcription needed. If you start typing and finish by voice, that counts as one message and one entry.

Does it see my past entries?

Yes, and that is why the answers are about you: it knows your diary for the last few days, your targets, your weight and whatever you asked it to remember. Older messages are folded into a short summary so the conversation does not start from scratch.

Where does it work?

In the same chat where you send photos of your food - in Telegram and MAX. No separate app to install and no separate sign-up.
