FoodMate Score for menu items is our estimate based on a typical recipe: chains only publish macros. As in the app, items under 250 kcal are not scored. How the FoodMate Score works

Source: nutrition table per 100 g on cinnabonrussia.com (edition of 15.10.2021); the chain does not publish serving weights; photos from the same site.

How to read the table

Cinnabon only publishes nutrition per 100 g and does not list roll weights or drink volumes anywhere. So the whole table is per 100 g (drinks per 100 ml), not per serving. To count your roll, weigh it or check the weight on the takeaway pack and multiply the figures from the table.

What to choose if you count calories

The lightest food on the menu is panini: salmon is 201 kcal per 100 g, turkey and ham and cheese 244 each. They also have the most protein: 5.5-7.8 g per 100 g against 2.4-6.5 g in the rolls.

Among sweets the ice cream is the lightest: strawberry is 168 kcal per 100 g, vanilla 180. The rolls differ little, but Pecanbon (350 kcal) and Chocobon (354) are slightly lighter than the classic roll (357). Mini Chocobon has the most protein among the rolls, 6.5 g per 100 g.

Where the calories are

The most caloric item is Pecanbon Bites: 498 kcal per 100 g, almost one and a half times the regular Pecanbon. Cinnabon Stix are 425 kcal and 22.3 g of fat per 100 g. Cupcakes give 367-407 kcal, the vanilla one being the heaviest.

The rolls are high in fat: 15-17 g per 100 g for the big rolls, up to 19.4 g for the chocolate MixRoll. Carbs are around 50 g per 100 g, almost all from dough, filling and frosting.

Drinks

Cappuccino and latte are 61 kcal per 100 ml each. A classic raf is already 117, the chocolate cookie and nut caramel raf 155. The most caloric drink is coffee glace: 183 kcal per 100 ml, so a 300 ml cup is about 550 kcal, more than 100 g of a roll. Milkshakes give 118-142 kcal per 100 ml, hot chocolate 121.

About the FoodMate Score

The score in the table is calculated per 100 g, like all the figures. Rolls and cupcakes get 0-5: lots of sugar and fat, little protein and fibre. Bacon and pesto panini score 27-28. The other items are under 250 kcal per 100 g, and the app does not score those.
