Shokoladnitsa: menu calories

Shokoladnitsa does not publish nutrition data for its dishes, so we calculated it from the menu ingredients and weights, using the same model that analyzes photos in the app. These are estimates, not the chain's data: they usually differ from reality by 20-30%. Here are 44 dishes, from breakfasts to desserts and coffee.

FoodMate Score for menu items is our estimate based on a typical recipe: chains only publish macros. As in the app, items under 250 kcal are not scored. How the FoodMate Score works

Source: ingredients and weights in the menu on regions.shoko.ru; nutrition estimated by MyFoodMate, the chain does not publish it; September 2026; photos from the same site.

Where these figures come from

Shokoladnitsa lists the weight and ingredients of each dish on its menu, but not its nutrition. We gave the name, ingredients, weight and photo of each dish to the model that analyzes food photos in the MyFoodMate app and asked it to assume a restaurant recipe, with frying oil, cream and sauces that ingredient lists usually leave out. The total is scaled to the menu weight, calories are rounded to tens.

We tested this method on chains that publish their own figures: on average the estimate is off by 25%, and for half of the dishes by less than 20%. It misses most where the amount of oil and sauce is hard to guess: fried potatoes, dishes in cream, lean soups.

What to order if you are losing weight

By our estimate, the best hot dish is chicken thigh with vegetable saute: about 330 kcal, 20 g of protein and a FoodMate Score of 70. Salmon steak with broccoli is about 290 kcal, the chicken Caesar salad about 280 kcal and 18 g of protein.

The lightest dish is chicken noodle soup: about 160 kcal and 17 g of protein. A 200 ml cappuccino is about 100 kcal, a 300 ml latte about 150.

Where the calories hide

The most caloric items are the pizzas: Pepperoni is about 1040 kcal and Margherita about 810 for a whole pizza. The truffle carbonara, English breakfast and pelmeni with mushroom sauce come to about 560-580 kcal, the two-cheese sandwich about 550, home-style crepes about 530.

Desserts are small but mostly fat and sugar: the Napoleon is about 480 kcal per 120 g, the New York cheesecake about 430. A 300 ml raf is about 340 kcal, more than twice a latte of the same size.

Lunch under 600 kcal

  • Chicken noodle soup and chicken thigh with vegetable saute: about 490 kcal and 37 g of protein.
  • Chicken noodle soup and salmon steak with broccoli: about 450 kcal and 35 g of protein.
  • Borscht and Caesar salad with shrimp: about 590 kcal and 29 g of protein.
