FoodMate Score for menu items is our estimate based on a typical recipe: chains only publish macros. As in the app, items under 250 kcal are not scored. How the FoodMate Score works
Source: macros and weights on the dish cards on msk.stolle.ru; pies converted to 100 g from whole-pie figures; checked in September 2026; photos from the same site.
How to read the table
Stolle sells its pies and sandy pies whole: savory ones weigh 0.5-1 kg, the baked apple and cinnamon pie 2 kg. The chain gives macros for the whole pie, and we converted them to a 100 g slice so the pies can be compared. Soups, hot dishes, salads and pastry are per serving, as on the menu.
What to order if you are losing weight
The best dish on the menu is cod fillet with vegetables: 322 kcal, 29.3 g of protein and a FoodMate Score of 88. The squid salad (264 kcal, score 72), pasta with chicken and spinach (322 kcal and 21.4 g of protein) and chicken baked with mushrooms (414 kcal and 31.9 g of protein) are good too.
Soups at Stolle are light: ukha fish soup is 122 kcal, borscht 136, chicken broth with egg 137 kcal and 13.8 g of protein. The lightest pies are the meat kulebyaka (218 kcal per 100 g) and the chum salmon and broccoli pie (227 kcal). Borscht and a slice of kulebyaka together come to 354 kcal.
Where the calories hide
The main trap is not the pies but the cookies: the Classic Lotus weighs 175 g and gives 923 kcal, almost half of a 2000 kcal day. A 100 g pack of meringues is 540 kcal, the poppy seed bun 522.
Among hot dishes the tagliatelle with salmon in cream sauce (770 kcal), chicken Kiev with mashed potatoes (630) and pelmeni (581) have the most calories. The chicken Caesar salad weighs 219 g but gives 547 kcal and 39.8 g of fat. Cream of mushroom soup is 308 kcal, more than twice the borscht.
If the pie is for sharing, count the whole thing: a 500 g kurnik is 1696 kcal, a 1 kg suluguni pie 2706.
Where to get more protein
Chicken baked with mushrooms (31.9 g for 414 kcal) and cod fillet with vegetables (29.3 g for 322 kcal) have the most protein. Pork brizol with vegetables gives 26.5 g, but for 559 kcal. The squid salad has 20.4 g for 264 kcal. Pies have little protein: 3-10 g per 100 g.
Lunch under 600 kcal
- Ukha and cod fillet with vegetables: 444 kcal and 39.4 g of protein.
- Borscht and chicken baked with mushrooms: 550 kcal and 38 g of protein.
