FoodMate Score for menu items is our estimate based on a typical recipe: chains only publish macros. As in the app, items under 250 kcal are not scored. How the FoodMate Score works

Source: product labels on vkusvill.ru, macros per 100 g averaged across the suppliers listed on the product page, converted per pack by weight; checked in September 2026; photos from the same site.

Why the numbers may differ from the label

VkusVill has the same dish made by several factories, and each lists its own numbers on the product page. For crepes with meat the difference between suppliers reaches 80 kcal per 100 g. We take the average across all suppliers on the page, so your pack may differ either way. The exact numbers for a specific pack are on its label.

What to order if you are losing weight

The best protein deal is the Chicken breast with Provence herbs: 41.6 g of protein for 224 kcal. Chicken fillet baked with vegetables has the same calories and 23.2 g of protein. The lightest soups are sorrel (94 kcal per 300 g) and the soup with meatballs (140 kcal). The lightest salads are the Vitamin salad (126 kcal) and vinaigrette (129 kcal).

Where the calories hide

The most caloric items are sandwiches and pastry. Two mini ciabattas with ham and omelette are 704 kcal, the Tender sandwich is 637. French-style meat is 632 kcal, over one and a half times a chicken cutlet with mash. Dressed herring salad in a 300 g pack is 495 kcal.

Salads with mayonnaise dressing are heavier than they look too: the Caesar with chicken and Chinese cabbage is 405 kcal, more than a chicken cutlet with mashed potatoes (385 kcal).

Where to get more protein

Besides the chicken breast, chicken main dishes are good: the cutlet with farfalle gives 24.2 g of protein for 426 kcal, the cutlet with mash 23.6 g for 385 kcal. Among soups the pea soup with smoked meats has the most protein, 15.9 g, but also 356 kcal.

Lunch under 600 kcal

  • Chicken breast with herbs and vinaigrette: 353 kcal and 44.4 g of protein.
  • Borscht with beef and a pink salmon wrap: 588 kcal.
  • Chicken noodle soup and a chicken cutlet with mash: 592 kcal.

About the FoodMate Score

VkusVill ready meals score noticeably better than fast food. The leaders are the chicken patty with cabbage and mash (75) and the pea soup (70): they have both protein and fibre. Main dishes get 45-59, salads 57-60, sandwiches 33-36. Lowest are the crepes with cottage cheese at 13: a lot of sugar and little protein per calorie. Light soups and salads have no score, since the app does not score anything under 250 kcal.
