Repeat meals: My dishes and favorites

Updated October 2, 2026

Most people eat the same things more often than they think: the same porridge in the morning, the same coffee with milk, a favourite soup. You do not need to photograph and correct them every time. There are two ways to avoid it.

"My dishes": repeat what you have eaten before

Tap "Add a meal" → "Enter manually". The "My dishes" tab opens with two lists:

  • "Recent": what you have logged lately;
  • "Frequent": what you repeat most often, with a hint of how many times a month.

Pick a dish and the app fills in the portion you logged it with last time. If today's plate is bigger or smaller, adjust the grams with the counter and tap "Add". The ingredients and nutrition are recalculated for the new weight.

In effect, your usual portion is remembered by itself: correct the grams once after an analysis, and from then on you pick the dish from the list with the right weight already in place.

If the dish is not in the list, search for it by name or describe it in words, and the analysis will work out the ingredients.

Favorites: dishes at hand

If a dish comes up all the time, add it to favorites with the "Add to favorites" button, either on the analysis result screen or in the entry itself. Favorites live in "Diary" → "Favorites", and you can add them to your diary via "Add a meal" → "From favorites". More in Favorites.

How they differ"My dishes" builds itself from everything you have logged. Favorites are what you mark yourself. For your everyday breakfast favorites are handier; for everything else "Frequent" is usually enough.
