How to cancel your subscription

You cancel your subscription in the app itself; there is no need to contact support.

How to cancel

  1. Open the app in the messenger where you subscribed, Telegram or MAX.
  2. Go to Profile → Subscription.
  3. The app shows the date from which the subscription stops renewing and what will change after that. Tap "Cancel anyway".

The same screen may offer a shorter period, such as a week, if you would rather not give up completely but pay only when you use the app. If you change your mind, tap "Stay".

What happens after cancelling

  • Pro access stays until the end of the period you have already paid for, so you do not lose that money.
  • After that, only food analysis by the model is locked: photos, descriptions by text and voice, and the meal picker.
  • The diary, water, weight, "Progress", manual entry and editing keep working. Nothing is deleted: your whole history stays with you.

You can resubscribe at any time in the same section.

If there is nothing to cancelThe free trial does not need a card, so there is nothing to cancel during it: just do not subscribe. Some payment methods do not renew automatically anyway; in that case the app tells you exactly when your access ends.
